# 85 - Law of Driving to Gym

This law states that you can increase your odds of working out if you only have to drive to the gym and not work out.

Let me explain. The hardest part of working out is getting to the gym. Once you're there it's not that hard. So this rule is to focus on getting there and not necessarily working out.

You have to drive there and if you don't feel up to it go home. This happened to me one time where I drove there and didn't feel up to it.

Note that Scott Adams the creator of the Dilber Comic Strip also suggests this method in his great book How to Fail at Almost Everything and Still Win Big
