# 84 - Law of a Million Pushups


I briefly discussed my idea of doing a million pushups. You could easily use the Excel Diet spreadsheet to track your progress and estimate your completion date.

The hard part is getting started and then making it into a habit. If you watch TV you could do the pushups during the commercials. You could do them upon arriving home from work or school or at each hour of the day.

Whatever you do build up slowly or you’ll never finish. If you do a 100 per day it will take 27 years to complete a million, 400 per day about 7 years. 547 per day about 5 years and 1000 per day will take 2.7 years.
