I hate ketchup. I always have. But if you love it, be aware that it is less healthy than you think. It’s listed as 15 calories per tablespoon but most people use 30 – 50 calories. There is also High Fructose Corn Syrup and sodium in it. I find that putting ketchup on everything makes everything taste like ketchup. This is another of the small changes that add up. Keep finding ways to eliminate these extra calories and the weight will melt off. |
