To lose weight, eat less. If the food tastes great how will you do this?

When eating, be careful with great tasting foods that you can’t control yourself. Save these foods for your reward days.

Reward days are the days when your weight is less than your daily goal.

I find that eating pizza will often cause me to overeat other foods due to its great taste.

An ideal protein by to me is one that is low in calories, filling and doesn’t taste too good so I don’t overeat them.
