91 Immutable Laws of Weight Loss

# 63 - Law of a Few Meals

The more choices you have the more you will eat. There was a study done at the Cornell University Food and Brand Lab and they found the more variety the more people ate.

When I’m behind my daily goal I usually choose between a few different meals.
• Veggie burgers
• Big Salad with chicken
• Atkins frozen meal

That’s it. I eat less because the meals are boring. I like them because they taste good, not great and are very easy to prepare.

I don’t have to calculate calories because I already know how many each is. You don’t over-eat boring foods. To lose weight, eat boring meals.

Use this as a weight-loss strategy.

Some people eat to add excitement to their lives. Find other alternatives to relieve the boredom.
