91 Immutable Laws of Weight Loss

# 41 - Law of Money

Don’t be afraid to spend money if it helps you lose weight and keep it off. Of course, if you’re down on your finances this doesn’t apply to you but for other people who aren't using your money to help keep your weight off.

If you need to buy more expensive foods, snacks, exercise device or whatever helps you it is money well spent.

One of the things I do is buy more expensive protein bars over cheaper ones as they have better ingredients in my opinion.

Gym memberships are another. Joining a team sport and spending money to play is also another example where you should spend the money if it helps you. Buy a nice pair of roller blades, ice skates, bicycle, weights or other fitness equipment.
