Often, friends or family will try to break your willpower with phrases of “Just have a bite”, “Just have a taste”, “You’re so skinny already.”  

Tell them a white lie of being allergic or last time you threw up for two straight days. This will get them to drop the request.

White lies can get you out of many situations. If you’re invited for drinks on consecutive nights and you’re behind your target weight, make an excuse to get out of it.
