While trying to lose weight you may have a setback. I did when I first started the diet. I went from 182 to 185.6 which is the highest I ever weighed. This happened right from the start of my weight loss program due to Thanksgiving holiday and overeating. One thing that helped was my trendline. I gained weight but, my trendline was pointing downwards. I was determined to get back to my daily goal line so I did what it took to get there. If you let a setback ruin your weight loss plans, you’re making a mistake. Battle it and you can win. Your goal should be to catch your daily goal line. Since you have to lose 0.1428 pounds per day, all you have to do is lose more than this and you’ll catch up. There is no need to rush, catch up slowly. Just don’t quit, try something different. |
