# 80 - Law of the Exercise Class

If you’re having trouble exercising then signing up for an exercise class can help.

When you pay money, you’re more likely to attend the class. It’s a social activity so you can also make friends while getting in shape.

On the downside, it’s easy to overdo your exercise.  Do not attempt to keep the pace of the class if you’re just starting. If the instructor tries to force you by yelling then this might not be the right class for you.

Whatever you do, even if you’re the only one out of 50 who can’t keep up, go at a safe pace you can keep, without injuring yourself. Do this until you’ve developed the endurance that others in the class have.

It’s easy for me to say to take it easy, while everyone in a class is keeping up, but you will get hurt if you overdo it and one of your goals when exercising is to make sure, that doesn’t happen.
