This isn’t really exercising but if you make small movements though out the day you can burn extra calories. Some of the things you can do are:
• Tap your fingers
• Drum to music
• Tap your feet to a rhythm
• Chew gum
• Play with a ball
• Dribble a basketball
• Ball rolling
• Walk while talking on the phone instead of sitting at your desk
• Fan yourself
• Spin a pencil on your fingers
• Roll a quarter on your fingers
