91 Immutable Laws of Weight Loss

# 70 - Law of Kosher

Use the idea of kosher to help you lose weight. Kosher is a term used for meals that mainly don’t use pork or shellfish and don’t combine milk with meat.  On the package of many food items, you’ll see a U inside of an O. This means the product is kosher.

Create a kosher and non-kosher food list. The kosher foods you eat when behind your daily weight loss goal and you eat both foods when you’re ahead of your daily goal.

Some recommended “non-kosher” foods:
• French fries
• 2 slices of pizza (1 is okay)
• Candy
• Desserts except for fruits
• White foods like bread, pasta, rice
• Beverages that have calories
• Chips, pretzels, and other bagged goodies
