I keep healthy snacks with me when at work and when I’m traveling so I can make healthier choices on what to eat. I walk around six miles per day during my commute to work. Many times I’ll pass a bagel shop, pizza shop or other tempting delights. I always have protein bars and cough drops with me in case I need to eat. I also dislike spending too much time preparing meals so I’ve opted for simpler products than most other diets call for. |
