Vacations are usually a time to go off your diet and exercise program. But this comes with a consequence. Many people regain their weight they’ve lost during vacation and the time after that. The number one thing to do while on vacation is to bring your scale with you and continue to do what got you to lose the weight and keep it off. You’ll be eating out many days and will want to drink and eat junk food. Enjoy as long as you’re ahead of your goal and refrain if you’re behind it. I recently violated this rule and gained more than five pounds in two days.
