There will be many obstacles to overcome on your path to your goal weight. Some common ones are: • Birthdays • Holidays • Vacations • Weekends • Injuries • Tempting foods • Friends • Candy machines • Starbucks Each person will have their own obstacles that they need to overcome. The most important thing is to be prepared for them. If one of these obstacles sets you back, just shake it off and get back to the plan. You are allowed to make mistakes, have setbacks, as long as your trend is down you’ll be okay. Make sure to continue to weigh yourself each day.
