91 Immutable Laws of Weight Loss

# 32 - Law of Momentum

“A body in motion will tend to stay in motion” – Sir Isaac Newton

I was walking across the Brooklyn Bridge the other day and noticed the bike riders struggling to go up the bridge. By the way, if you’re in New York City walk across the bridge, the views are spectacular.  At the half-way point, the up-hill climb changes to a down-hill coast, this is momentum.

Losing weight or doing any new task is hard at first, like riding up the Brooklyn Bridge. But then, you reach a point where everything is working and your momentum will carry you to your weight-loss goal.
