# 29 - Law of Change

“If you do what you’ve done you’ll get what you’ve got.” – Al Berg

Change is hard. But if you’re overweight change is a must. Change is hard because habits are so easy. Your brain is programmed to eat and exercise a certain way. You need to change this.

Change starts first by thinking you need to do something different. This book outlines many strategies to do. But if you want a different result change is imperative.

Pick one rule in this book and focus on that, then another and then another. Go slow. You didn’t gain weight in a week; don’t think you can lose it in a week.

If you don’t change you’ll probably continue to gain more weight not stay at an overweight level but move on to the obese level.

The key is to change.
