To lose weight and keep it off you need motivation. You can motivate most people to do anything for a billion dollar offer. But I can’t offer you that so you have to find what motivates you. For me, health and appearance were the prime motivators. Seeing my pot belly in store reflection would make me think, “Who’s that overweight guy in that store window?” That guy was me. Then I had to take some medical tests for work to receive $500 dollars. I took the tests and my results came back as overweight and increased risk for coronary heart disease. Then a co-worker died at work in the men’s room from a heart attack. He was a little bit older than I was and had a pot belly also. I also started to think that the fat on my belly could also be in my veins and arteries. These four things set me in motion and gave me the motivation to lose the weight and keep it off. |
