# 92 - Law of No x Until y


This law of not until is useful to lose weight by setting a "Not Until" rule.

For example if I want to weigh less than 180 and I currently weigh 181.6 then I apply the rule
  • No Cheese until I w < 180
  • No plantains until I weigh < 180
  • No pizza until I weigh < 180

    Or use whatever goal to get to the next checkpoint
  • Can't buy a gift for myself until I weigh < 175

    You can make these rules individual for yourself.
