91 Immutable Laws of Weight Loss

Introduction

This is a book about Losing Weight And Keeping It Off. I call this by the acronym LWAKIO, pronounced la-whack-ee-o.

The concepts in this book work. They are easy to use and make sense. I’ve lost 30 pounds from these laws and have kept the weight off for more than 220 days (weighing less than 160 lbs.) I feel great and no longer see the pot belly that I had for many years. In the right light, I can even see the six-pack that’s been hidden for years.

My name is Al Berg and I’ve been on a number of diets that have failed and one that has worked. This book documents the laws, tools, and techniques I’ve used to lose weight which I call the Excel Diet. Excel is short for the word "excellent" as this is an excellent way to lose weight.

If I can do it you can too! I have no special abilities when it comes to losing weight except for finding a method that works.

What is amazing to me was how simple it actually was once I found the right formula.

Your goal is to find the formula that works for you, as we are all different. This book will help you find that formula.

There are many benefits from weight loss:
  • Improve your appearance
  • Look younger
  • Get paid more
  • Better fitting clothes
  • More energy
  • Reduced risk of death and disease
  • Reduced joint pain
There is an obesity epidemic. The cause is unimportant. The only thing that is important is to take action now. Not tomorrow, not next week, right now. Put this book down, get off your computer and go for a 10-minute walk, five minutes out and five back. If it’s not feasible to go for a walk now then do something else for five minutes. I’ll wait. Now didn’t that feel good?

This epidemic doesn’t have to affect you. Follow the laws in this book and you’ll be one of the few who actually succeeds at the weight loss game.

In this book, the weight loss laws are in bold and highlighted

There is some math in this book but you can skip those sections without any loss of understanding of the concepts.
