For me, pizza is a tricky food. The problem is that it痴 high in calories, delicious, inexpensive and not that healthy. When I知 ahead of my goal I eat pizza. When behind, I try to avoid it or have just one slice. My family loves pizza so sometimes I値l buy it for them, but won稚 be able to eat it because I知 behind my daily goal. In these cases, I値l get slices for myself and put them in the freezer when I get home. They値l be my reward when I reach my daily goal. If I do eat pizza I try to eat whole wheat varieties as the whole wheat dough is a little healthier than regular dough. |
